Gift Certificate

Not sure what your special someone wants? How about a Gift Certificate? Gift Certificates may be used for existing jewelry or accessories in stock or toward the purchase of a custom item.

Please provide the recipient's name, your name and I'll create a custom Gift Certificate to send via email to you the Purchaser.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or refunded. If there is a  denomination you prefer, please contact us at boundbymetaljewelry@gmail.com for a customized listing.

Gift Certificate Terms:

Bound by Metal Gift Certificates are issued in United States dollars only.

You may use the Gift Certificate to purchase existing jewelry or accessories or toward the purchase of a custom piece. If the purchase price is greater than the amount of the Gift Certificate, you are permitted to pay the difference with alternative methods. The Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash and there are no refunds or returns.

Unclaimed Funds – Escheat. If our records show that you have not used the Gift Certificate within a time period set by California state law, the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate may become unclaimed property subject to escheat under state unclaimed property laws. If the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate becomes unclaimed property subject to a state unclaimed property law, we will be required to escheat the available balance to the state in an amount and at the time required by the state law. At that time, you will lose the ability to use the Gift Certificate. If escheat occurs, you may inquire about the status of the Gift Certificate funds by boundbymetaljewelry@gmail.com.

Limitations on Use. You agree that a purchase made by you may not be authorized or settled by us unless it complies with this Agreement. The Gift Certificate may be canceled, repossessed, locked or revoked at any time without prior notice.  You may not use the Gift Certificate to pay a seller fee or purchase additional Gift Certificates.

Authorized Use of Gift Certificate. If you authorize someone else to use the Gift Certificate, you will be responsible for any transactions initiated by such person(s) with the Gift Certificate even if you intended to limit that person’s use of the Gift Certificate to a particular amount or particular time. You agree to safeguard the Gift Certificate, and to report any suspected unauthorized use of the Gift Certificate immediately by contacting us at boundbymetaljewelry@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Gift Certificate. If you believe that the Gift Certificate has been lost or stolen, contact us at boundbymetaljewelry@gmail.com. You may request a replacement Gift Certificate for a lost or stolen Gift Certificate. A replacement Gift Certificate will not be issued unless you present adequate proof of purchase, and your full identification.  Requests to replace a Gift Certificate may be denied, in the event we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity or improper Gift Certificate use.  If the replacement is approved, a new Gift Certificate will be issued via email and activated in the amount remaining on the Gift Certificate, if any, at the time of the replacement.  Replacements may take up to 30 days to process.
